Welcome to the Mi Finance Document Library.

Here you will find example documents and standard forms for all of our main lenders.

When you find the document you want, you can either read it directly on screen by left-clicking the name, or save it to your computer (so it′s quicker to find next time) by right-clicking the name.

The files may take a minute to open if you have a slow internet connection.

To view these documents you’ll need the Adobe Reader program.
This should already be set up on your computer; if not then please click the link below.

The majority of our document packs are sent as attachments to emails.

These files are in the Windows TIFF format, some PCs try to use Internet Explorer to view this type of file, but this only shows the first page of a document pack.

The following instructions will setup the correct viewer on your PC. There is a sample multi-page document at the bottom of this page to test it.

You only need to perform this procedure once; your PC should remember the settings for subsequent attachments.

Right-Click the attachment and select SAVE AS from the pop-up list.

Now select a location to save the attachment.
(This is normally your MY DOCUMENTS folder, but can be anywhere - just remember where!)

Next, go to MY COMPUTER and find the file that you saved.

Right-Click on the file and select OPEN WITH ... from the pop-up list.
You will be offered a choice of programs, but select the last one - CHOOSE PROGRAM.
This gives a further choice of programs.
Select either WINDOWS PICTURE & FAX VIEWER or MICROSOFT OFFICE DOCUMENT IMAGING (if available)

Finally, tick the box that says Always use the selected program to open this kind of file.

When the image file opens, you should now see an option to display multiple pages.
